DELIVERY WORKING DAYS ARE CLASSED AS MONDAY TO FRIDAY. WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED, NOR ARE UK BANK HOLIDAYS. THEREFORE PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA WORKING DAY FOR DELIVERIES OVER UK BANK HOLIDAYS.

pLEASE NOTE that f you are a international customer outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. It is the customers responsible for any charges incurred and I can not take responsibility for this. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of Receiving Them . The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging still intact.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

Sale Items and Pierced Jewellery (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We can not accept returns on Sale items, however we will gladly give you a credit note or an exchange for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The item may be exchanged within 14 days of being dispatched. To be eligible for exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging still intact.  

How to Return

To start the returns process please email Me at info@purplevalley.co.uk with your Name, Order Number and reason for return.

Returns and exchanges may be sent to :

Once your item has been received and inspected I will send an email to notify you of its return. Funds will be applied onto your original payment method within 10 working days.    

All customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items and exchanges: these charges are non-refundable.  We strongly recommend that items over £50 are returned using a trackable delivery method such as signed for or recorded delivery in order for safe return. 

Repairs

We want your jewellery to last a long time a d understand how frustrating it can be when a piece you love Gets damaged. Therefore we offer free repairs. The postage cost will be on us if a problem occurs within the first 28 Days of purchasing your item, However after this grace period the cost will be with the buyer. Please try to take care of your jewellery the best you can and look at our jewellery care section for a guide on how to do so.
