Try not to fall asleep wHILST wearing your jewellery.
Avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece.
it is best to Remove any handpainted jewellery before spraying creams, perfumes or hairspray as this could cause damage to them.
AVOID CONTACT WITH WATER and try to avoid exercising while wearing your jewellery
