Delivery working days are classed as Monday to Friday. Weekends are not included, nor are UK Bank holidays. Therefore please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays as detailed below:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not fully satisfied with it please get in touch and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will work with you as quickly as possible to ensure a positive shopping experience.
If you are still not happy with your purchase we will be glad to give a full refund or exchange if it meets our requirements stated below.
Items may be returned within 14 days of being dispatched. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging still intact. We can't accept returns for wash care related problems, as naturally there is no proof that the garment has been washed according to requirements.
Underwear, swimwear, socks and tights (unless faulty)

We can not accept returns on Sale items, however we will gladly give you a credit note or an exchange for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The item may be exchanged within 7 days of being dispatched. To be eligible for exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging still intact.
How to Return
To start the returns process please email us at email@example.com with your 5 digit order number and reason for return. We will then send you a returns form which you need to print out and complete. Important: we must receive a paper copy of your returns form in order to complete the refund.

Once your item has been received and inspected we will send an email to notify you of its return and to inform you wether it has been approved or rejected for a refund. If you are approved for a refund credit will be applied onto your original payment method within 10 working days.
All customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items and exchanges: these charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that items are returned using a trackable delivery method such as signed for or recorded delivery in order for safe return.
Late or Missing Refund
First of all ensure that 10 working days have passed since your refund was approved. Then recheck your bank account and if it is still missing contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank to find out if they know why it has not went in yet. If you have done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We want your jewellery to last a long time a d understand how frustrating it can be when a piece you love Gets damaged. Therefore we offer free repairs. The postage cost will be on us if a problem occurs within the first 28 Days of purchasing your item, However after this grace period the cost will be with the buyer. Please try to take care of your jewellery the best you can and look at our jewellery care section for a guide on how to do so.
