Below are some easy care instructions to help Keep Your Purple valley jewellery at it’s best
Store your jewellery away from direct sunlight i.e in a pouch or box.
Try not to fall asleep wHILST wearing your jewellery.
Avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece.
it is best to Remove any handpainted jewellery before spraying creams, perfumes or hairspray as this could cause damage to them.
AVOID CONTACT WITH WATER and try to avoid exercising while wearing your jewellery

Yes we do, we remember what it was like to be student's and the discount helped ease our study mind filled heads. If you send a pic of your own valid student I.D to info@purplevalley.co.uk we will send you back a unique code that will entitle you too 10% off your full order. Just apply the code in the coupon box at the checkout stage to redeem.
How can I pay?
We accept payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Apple Pay. If you would like to pay via Paypal please get in touch with us at info@purplevalley.co.uk to do so.
I am having a problem with my order what do I do?
If you are experiencing any problems regarding your order wether it is a faulty item, missing item or for problems with delivery please email us at info@purplevalley.co.uk. We will try to reply to you as quick as possible to enable your issue to be speedily resolved.

Can I stock your products?
